Payment Information

TravelSigns.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments online, along with checks from American banks for mail-in orders. Please note, Travel Signs will process your mail-in order when your check has been received and approved.

All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice.

Your TravelSigns.com orders are processed using a secure server. When you purchase our goods and services over the Internet, we vigorously strive to guard your privacy including using the Internet industry’s top encryption protection, the Secure Socket Layer Technology.

Large Order Discounts

If you are considering making a large order or multiple purchases of a single item please contact TravelSigns Customer Service as you may qualify for a Large Order Discount.

Custom Delivery Information

TravelSigns.com has been developed to provide you with a unique shopping experience; we take great pride in the fact that that our products are designed to help you to uniquely preserve your memories. As a necessary component of this unique approach, unlike most distributors, each order placed with TravelSigns is custom made and fulfilled by hand, assuring that your order and your shipment are as accurate, safe and as secure as possible. Normal delivery time is between three and five business days.

Orders Refused on Delivery

Unless the package is damaged, if you refuse your order upon delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees both ways, plus a 100% of the purchase price.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order and want to cancel for any reason, please email us without 24 hours at cancellations@travelsigns.com. We will try to stop the order, but if it has already been processed, you are responsible for the full purchase price and all shipping and handling charges (including the return shipping).

International Orders

TravelSigns does not accept international orders at this time.

Chargebacks

Every effort is made by TravelSigns to assure the accuracy or your order. Please contact us if you believe that any problems exist with your purchase. Should you dispute a transaction and order a chargeback from your credit card company, and that chargeback is determined to be unfounded through appeal or in any other manner, you will be responsible for any fees TravelSigns sustains in the transaction.

Inventory and Errors

As with any ecommerce website, every effort is made to make sure that the items presented are available for sale, described properly and priced correctly. While TravelSigns prides itself on the quality of its service, the information on this website does not certify that each product is available for sale, is described properly or is priced correctly, and Travel Signs reserves the right to terminate any transaction containing a mistake or factual error.

Reshipping

TravelSigns will only reship an order at our cost if our shipping agent, or we, entered the incorrect shipping address and the order was returned in error.
