Our Guarantee is Simple
We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase! Any concerns regarding quality or workmanship; immediate resolution, period. If for any reason your order did not live up to your expectations, we will make it right.
If we fail to resolve an issue, TravelSigns will accept any sign in its original packaging within fifteen days after you have received our shipment. Signs returned which are not in the original packaging may not be approved for refund.
TravelSigns will 100% refund your payment, including any applicable taxes and original shipping and handling. Refunds are given in the original manner in which payment is collected (e.g., we will credit the same credit card), or store credit in the form of a gift certificate, which you can use on future orders.
Obtaining a Refund
- Send an email to email@example.com within 5 days of delivery, describing your item and reasons for return – you will receive (by reply e-mail) a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number and a Returns Request Form within 2 to 3 business days.
- All items for return must be sent within fifteen days of delivery, in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. TravelSigns strongly suggests that you insure your return package and receive an order tracking number. Returned products not received by TravelSigns, or items returned damaged to TravelSigns may not result in a full refund or store credit. TravelSigns is not responsible for any return packages lost or damaged during shipping.
- TravelSigns will send a confirmation email to you upon receipt of your return.
- If you provided Travel Signs an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us as "undeliverable," we will send you an email asking your choice of two options:
If TravelSigns or the package carrier provided an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will resend the package at no extra cost to you.
Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed by TravelSigns.
- Option 1: TravelSigns can offer you a refund including any applicable taxes you paid and minus the final shipping and handling expenses, in the original manner it was made (e.g., we will credit the same credit card), or issue you a store credit in the form of a gift certificate, which you can use with a future order.
- Option 2: TravelSigns can resend the package to the corrected address with additional shipping charges.
